Our club offers a comprehensive programs that cater to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. We provide expert coaching in Speed and Agility ensuring that each participant receives personalized attention and guidance. Our coaches are passionate about track and field and are committed to helping each athlete reach their full potential.
We emphasize the importance of proper technique, physical conditioning, and mental preparation, creating a well-rounded training regimen that promotes overall health and well-being.
Youth Training
Schedule: Monday-Friday @6:30PM
Location: RAC ( Lindbergh Center) Hopkins, MN
Fall Training: Sept 2nd, 2024 - Aug 9th, 2025 (Schedule will be updated Fall 2024)
Winter Training: Oct 2nd - Dec 2nd, 2024
Spring Training: Jan 2nd - Apr 6th, 2025
Summer Season: April 25th, 2025 - Aug 9th, 2025
